Yesterday, Wednesday the 7th of March 2019, WizzAir received it’s first A321 NEO aircraft. It is the first delivery of a massive order of 184 A321 NEO’s.

The A321 NEO’s will be powered by 2 Pratt & Witney PW1100G engines. The brand new addition’s to the Wizz fleet will be configured in a high density config. Which means it will have as much as 239 seats aboard the A21N. The CEO József Váradi said:”This next step technology aircraft will enable us to become one of the greenest airlines while lowering our operating costs in the current macroeconomic environment”.

With the delivery of the HA-LVA the fleet of WizzAir keeps expanding, and with that, so is the average age of their aircraft.
