Laudamotion Airbus A320 incident at London Stansted #OE327

Copyright Chiara Nardi

An Airbus A320-214 registered OE-LOA of Laudamotion was heading to Vienna from Stansted as OE327 when the takeoff had to be aborted.

We were on the plane ready for departure (…) when I saw a light on the other side of the plane (she sat on the right side), just on the engine. The plane stopped and after a minute the crew opened the doors and told us to evacuate. We evacuated the plane and grouped in an area just off the runway.

A Runway inspection at Stansted has been complete, STN is now fully open.

8 people suffered minor injuries.
