Shaheen Air will declare its bankruptcy soon

Shaheen Air (NL/SAI), the 2nd busiest airline of Pakistan is going to declare soon its bankruptcy.

According to the Daily Times Pakistan, the private airline announced its future closure, due to insovability.

Ehsan Sehbai, ex Shaheen Air CEO and his brother apologized to the entire staff that they were not able to pay the staff salaries for the last 8 months.

He told the employees of Shaheen Air to consider the airline officially closed and they are free to find jobs in the market. 

It employed about 4000 people directly and 1000 indirectly, creating a wave of unemployment in the aviation industry in Pakistan.
